Renewable energy comes in all shapes and sizes.  Our focus is creating opportunities for investor participation in commercial solar PV and mid-scale wind projects through legal strategies that can result in pooling the resources of multiple investors and/or existing organizations.

Pooling investors and creating and managing the organizational infrastructure is potentially more challenging than implementing the actual technology.  Projects needs to be properly organized to facilitate investor participation.  Issues including tax ramifications and securities filings need to be analyzed and processed. Then each project must be managed and governed going forward.

To meet these challenges, we've assembled a team of experts that understand the technology, law and finance.  In most cases, we can help you organize the project entity, create the legal documentation, and manage the on-going governance issues.
